Mark Yallop is Group Chief Operating Officer of ICAP plc. He was appointed on 13 July 2005 following the retirement of David Gel¬ber and is Chairman of the Group Risk Commit¬tee.
He had been Group Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Bank Group for two years to Decem¬ber 2004, following many years’ involvement in trading in the derivatives, foreign exchange and cash markets.
He was also a director of the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA) from 1996 to 1998. Mark Yallop is 47 years old. Mark Yallop also sits on the Group Treasury Committee.
