John Sinik is a Managing Director and Joint Global Head of Leveraged Finance and Co-Head of European Financial Sponsors coverage at UBS. He specialises in leveraged and acquisition financings for financial
sponsors and corporate clients.
John has worked in investment banking for 10 years. Prior to UBS John was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance team at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital
Previous career experience also includes private equity investing for Bankers Trust, management consulting for the Boston Consulting Group and a season of professional basketball in Eastern Europe. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of
Southern California.
