Jon Mills Jon is a Partner in KPMG’s financial sector practice and is responsible for the provision of audit and risk advisory services to clients with a particular emphasis on investment management & funds, and private equity. He is a member of KPMG’s UK, Europe and Global Investment Management & Funds practice groups. Jon also sits on the ICAEW’s Investment Management Committee

Jon leads our client service teams for a number of major Investment Management and Hedge Fund assignments. He has worked with a number of SEC clients, advising on SOX 404, US GAAP and SAS 70 engagements. Jon has extensive experience in AAF 01/06 and FRAG 21 reporting and FSA regulatory reporting engagements.

Jon is co-author of KPMG’s, recently published, thought leadership report – “Convergence and divergence: New forces shaping the investment universe”

Jon has more than 15 years experience in the financial sector, having joined KPMG in 1991. He has worked with global organisations across numerous jurisdictions, including four years spent on secondment to KPMG Bermuda. Jon is a graduate of the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
