Dr. Heino Meerkatt is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group, and has joined the Munich office in 1991. He is the global topic leader for Private Equity.
Prior to joining BCG, he spent four years with VARTA Batteries as group controller and one year with a London investment bank
His experience in working with Private Equity fund managers and their portfolio companies includes Industry landscaping, Initial Target assessments, Due Diligences, Transaction Advise, First 100 Day Programs, Post Merger Integrations, Value Creating Programs, Exit/IPO Preparations, PE Organizational Counseling, and Fund Raising.
Heino Meerkatt studied business administration in Göttingen and holds a PhD in economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
