Bastian Lueken is a principal of TPG Capital and responsible for TPG’s European technology and general
industrial efforts.
Prior to joining TPG in 1999, Mr. Lueken was an investment banker in the Mergers,
Acquisitions and Restructurings Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. in London and Frankfurt
from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Lueken serves on
the Boards of Directors of Isola Group S.ar.l. and Bally International AG.
He graduated summa cum laude from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University,
Frankfurt, where he earned a degree in Business Administration, and graduated summa cum laude from
University Paris IX Dauphine, where he earned a Maitrise de Sciences de Gestion
