Speakers:

Brian N. Dickie is a Managing Director in Investcorp’s London office with principal responsibility for post acquisition oversight of Portfolio Companies.

In this capacity, he has served as Chairman of several companies including Helly Hansen, Hilding Anders SG, Welcome Break Holdings Ltd. and Moody International and as director of several other businesses. He is a member of Investcorp’s Investment Committee and chairs its European Portfolio Review Committee.

Prior to joining Investcorp in 2003, Mr Dickie spent five years as President, North America of TXU Energy in Dallas, and was also responsible for TXU Australia, TXU Communications, the fifteenth largest telephone company in the U.S., and several businesses in Latin America and China.

Previously, Mr Dickie was President and Chief Operating Officer of Booz Allen and Hamilton. During his seventeen year career with Booz Allen, he also served as managing partner of its Asia Pacific practice and consulted to major corporations and governments on strategy, organisation and operations.

Mr Dickie is a native of Northern Ireland, and holds an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
