The LSESU Private Equity Society is a leading student group at the LSE.
Founded in June 2005, The Private Equity Society is one of the most dynamic and interactive student societies at the London School of Economics. We are a passionate group of students and young professionals dedicated to deepening our understanding of some of the fastest growing areas in finance, namely leveraged buyouts and venture capital.

The LSE SU Investment Society was founded in 2003 by a group of students keen to help others to learn more about investment and kick start their career in such fields. It is now one of the largest and most active societies on campus today. This year, we are proud to become for the first time a partner society of the LSE Alternative Investment Conference in our continuous effort to provide our members with the most innovative activities.

The LSEsu Women in Business Society's long term vision is to generate strong positioning for our members by establishing a much-needed forum for business networking, education and the discussion of pressing issues surrounding women in business in the 21st century.

Through skills workshops, interview coaching and mentorship programmes we seek to help our members navigate the recruitment process. We also have a range of other initiatives including panel discussions, insight and inspirational speaker series through which we seek to expose our members to a range of careers in business, networking opportunities and discussion forums.

Now in its fifteenth year, the 15th annual Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference is one of the most eagerly awaited industry events that brings together industry leaders, alumni, faculty, and students to discuss recent trends and emerging issues in the private equity and venture capital world. Themed "Multiplicity Without Rhythm: Investing in Chaotic Markets," this year's conference will address key issues impacting the private equity and venture capital communities in this challenging and unprecedented climate.
